I just added a tracking number from USPS in order to get my money faster and the on the summery page of payal it still says that the my money will be held till Nov 2. Reason why i ask is that when i called support at paypal they said that if i add tracking the mioneywill be available in 3 days> was wondering if it is my browser and if i delete cookies would it update?
