Found hacker's home address

So about a month ago, I kept getting text notifications from paypal having me approve large payments apparently I was making. My paypal account was linked up to my ebay account, but at the time, I had just thought my paypal account was hacked, so I deleted my credit card and changed my password to my paypal account. Just tonight, I was looking to change my address in ebay, and I see the most recent address that is not mine. I am assuming this is my hacker's address. Is there any action I can take? No money was taken from me because I declined those payments but they were in the 1000s, 2000s ranges.

Maybe I am overreacting? I understand people get hacked all the time

Please give general eBay support a call at (866)-540-3229 & ask to speak with the Trust & Safety team as they are account specialist & they are the security team of eBay. They will definitely help you out! Have a good one! ~AG.

@ArgenisGonzalez  What I find interesting about your post and the number you supplied is on the eBay Community members are not allowed to give out phone numbers, especially eBay's contact number even when deparate members are looking for a number to call them with.  I happen to have that number you gave out.

This is NOT the eBay's community help forum. This is PayPal's world & since this isn't eBay's world, i can careless. To be honest, i hate eBay's corporation with a passion but i do care about helping the members & im fully aware of the rules that they have. Just that this is NOT their site & as long as im in PayPal's world, i dont take orders from eBay. You can tell them i said that, haha.
