So about a month ago, I kept getting text notifications from paypal having me approve large payments apparently I was making. My paypal account was linked up to my ebay account, but at the time, I had just thought my paypal account was hacked, so I deleted my credit card and changed my password to my paypal account. Just tonight, I was looking to change my address in ebay, and I see the most recent address that is not mine. I am assuming this is my hacker's address. Is there any action I can take? No money was taken from me because I declined those payments but they were in the 1000s, 2000s ranges. Maybe I am overreacting? I understand people get hacked all the time
