E-BAY BIASED & ILLEGAL

   I am being told by E-Bay that my namesake is not Legal and I will have my account ended after the recent buys unless I correct my name on the account and put my legal name. 

   My name given is my legal name, and the information is correct, It is the name on my bank account they took the money from and it is on my Federal and State of California ID.

  I am just gonna sue them when they drop me for no legal name.

Try speaking to a different agent and ask them to allow you to attach evidence of the bank statement, the IDs you have that verify that the name you used on eBay is indeed yours.
