ive been trying for a week to add money to my PayPal account. Everytime I try, I get a message that there is a problem adding money to my account. I've even called them. I have added money to the account for years. Anybody having that problem?
Yes I have the same problem.
Also the contact number Go to https://www.paypal.com/help and click "Call Us" is non working when i dile using skype.
