Every time I try to apply for the card (yes, correctly through my PayPal account), I get the following message:
We are unable to process your request for the eBay MasterCard*.
If you are responding to a preapproved offer, you will be provided with additional information.
I have tried unsuccessfluly to get someone at Synchrony / PayPal to help, but all they offer is to "clear the cache / cookies on the computer and/or restart it". Did not help ... even on other computers (at library, etc.)
Of course the disclaimer the "I will be provided with additional information" is never anywhere to be found, or comes.
Stumped.
