how to I check my case ID status if i purchased as a guest on ebay? it requires me to log in but i cant log in if i dont have a paypal since i purchased as a guest...but i need to check the status of my claim. Is the only way to check my status is to call? that makes no sense?!
Once escalated to a claim PayPal will email you if after 10 days your seller has not provided a tracking number to prove you got the item OR once decided in your favour that the item was misdescribed.
so you should not need to contact them directly.
