The very same thing happened to me a few days ago. I contacted my buyer and he told me he had made payment through PayPal but it continues to state 'unclaimed'. He then told me it was sent to *****@hotmeal.com which is NOT how my email address is spelled.
I find this so odd because I was receiving payments just fine prior to his. Now, I'm not receiving any payments and before I contact my other customers I was hoping to find more information as to how I could correct this.
Hopefully my experience will encourage you to check with your Buyer to see if they are aware of the email address it was sent to. The last thing I need is a bad feedback comment because of what seems to be a glitch in the system.
If anywone else has any suggestions/ideas regarding this I hope they will come forth. I'm waiting on payments from 8 buyers and I am concerned that they've already paid and I don't know it.
