Refund not received.

Hello fellow PayPal users. I checked the forums for similar topics/issues but could not find one, so I'm posting here.

 

I recently bought a case for my Galaxy S4 which turned out to be counterfeit. After messaging the seller and leaving a negative review, he agreed to refund me. I received an e-mail from PayPal saying I had been refunded the full price I paid, but when I sign in to my PayPal account it says the balance is $0.00 I payed for the case with a debit card and I also checked my bank account to see if the refund had been received there but it isn't there either. I was wondering if maybe there is an issue or if it simply a delay as PayPal processes the payment. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The refund should be credited back to your card.  Refunds back to cards can take a bit longer, (from our experience, it can take up two weeks).  Hopefully it will be quicker but, the time is dependent on the bank and/or card issuer.
