I am having the same problem. I was ordering on ebay and did not realize there as a problem until I looked on my bank account and there were the charges. The problem seems to have started on March 1.
Same here. I use paypal credit to buy all my stuff off ebay. The last three items have not had the paypal option. I had to pay out of my checking account. I haven't sent an email yet to paypal, but I might now. I had been thinking it somehow got unlinked? but seeing your post, I see I am not the only one. I hope they get this fixed as I want to bid a large price item in the next day and if I win, I really wanted to use my credit line. frustrating.
