Need verification, but already have it - please help!

I've e-mailed PayPal Support a couple of times, and I've still not gotten a response that wasn't automated.

I have no clue what's wrong.

I'm trying to sell a brand-name item on eBay. It's a pair of Dr. dre headphones. It tells me "you need verification with PayPal before you can sell this item." So, I got onto PayPal, and it says I'm already 100% verified and have been so for a long time. There was no option I could find anywhere that hinted that there was any more verifcation I could possibly get.

Could someone please help?!

Edit to Add: I have already tried contacting eBay, but of course, they directed me to PayPal.

Unfortunately no one here can view account details.  Suggest calling customer support for assistance.  Simply sending emails works for some scenarios however, it not the best way to get all of your issues resolved.  You need to speak with a person.
