I haven't received a refund after 30 days even though seller and resolution center shows a refund.

I tried to contact seller. Did not get a response and the voice mailbox number is different than the one that was displayed for the seller. It has been over thirty days ago since seller said that they refunded my money. It has not been returned to my card. What can I do?

Did you get an email from paypal to say the seller had refunded you??

Does it show as a refund has been processed in your paypal transaction history??

I did receive an email stating that the seller was sending a refund. However it has never shown in my bank account. It shows that it has been refunded in my paypal history also. My bank history shows when they withdrew the money but it has never shown the credit.

Did you pay via instant bank transfer or a debit card??

If it was instant bank transfer then it would not have gone back to your bank account >>>>>>

Have you bought anything and paid for it via paypal since the refund should have gone in??

The reason i ask is that if you have funds in your paypal balance and then buy something then paypal will always take from those funds (as that is now the default funding source), rather than from your normal funding source eg bank account or card.

To check go and click on the word "details" next to any recent paypal buying transaction and see if they were funded from your paypal balance ie refund rather than your normal funding source.

I have the same problem. Is there a way you can help me. I checked the fund and the money was taken out of my bank account. It's been more than 2 weeks and I havent seen any refund in my bank but it says complete on paypal. PLEASE HELP ME, IM DESPERATE.
