Help, I can't get my funds from the item I sold on ebay.

I sold some items on ebay. All but one of them says completed but I don't have any funds. Then one says completed and funds not yet available. I don't understand why I can't get the money. Even on ebay it doesn't even have funds availaible estimation dates.

I was told that feedback has nothing to do with getting the funds from an ebay sale released.  Ebay has developed no software to automate the release of funds.  I was told, and experienced, that IF YOU DO NOTHING, YOU WILL NEVER HAVE YOUR FUNDS RELEASED BEFORE 21 DAYS.  HOWEVER, PayPal will release your funds 3 full days after delivery confirmation.  CALL PAYPAL EVERYDAY with a list of customer names who received their item 3 days or more earlier; go through the names with PayPal, one by one; and, PayPal will relase the funds.

There MUST be some law -- ? Fair Credit Lending Act? - against this practice: The holding of funds based on seller ratings where only eBay sees the ratings given; makes the calculations; AND SETS THE THRESHOLDS = average ebay seller.  .  Think of how much interest EBay is making from the 21 day hold for one-half of eBay sales!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

eBay slows the rate of GDP growth by slowing the turn over of funds.  No politician will touch eBay because they provide so much campaign contributions.

Same here. I sold item, item was paid for, customer received item and was very happy, left great feedback, but still I cannot get my funds. I also used Paypal shipping label.  So what is the problem.  Ebay has my credit card if they need to charge something back, but if I have a happy customer whats the problem.  I guess it is just the fact that Ebay or Paypal can do darn well what they want (sort of like the government).  Our only choice is to quit.  They are using the fact that one of my ratings is only 4.6 out of 5 which to me is not bad - but it is because of the cost of shipping.  I only charge enough to cover insurance and a small packing fee and that is because Ebay requires us to cover items. All my other ratings are either 4.8 or 4.9. You just cannot please everyone.
