I was told that feedback has nothing to do with getting the funds from an ebay sale released. Ebay has developed no software to automate the release of funds. I was told, and experienced, that IF YOU DO NOTHING, YOU WILL NEVER HAVE YOUR FUNDS RELEASED BEFORE 21 DAYS. HOWEVER, PayPal will release your funds 3 full days after delivery confirmation. CALL PAYPAL EVERYDAY with a list of customer names who received their item 3 days or more earlier; go through the names with PayPal, one by one; and, PayPal will relase the funds. There MUST be some law -- ? Fair Credit Lending Act? - against this practice: The holding of funds based on seller ratings where only eBay sees the ratings given; makes the calculations; AND SETS THE THRESHOLDS = average ebay seller. . Think of how much interest EBay is making from the 21 day hold for one-half of eBay sales!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. eBay slows the rate of GDP growth by slowing the turn over of funds. No politician will touch eBay because they provide so much campaign contributions.
