been ripped off and these sellers send damaged goods and refuse return and i send back no full refund and are mean and i cant get ebay buyer protection ebay and paypal are contributing to dishonesty and letting seller get away with it out item and money negative is the oinly option i have if seller does not help i just tell in feedback seller is a outright thief keeps money and item I purchased Lil Dipper Pixar plane and it was damaged before it was sent

I cant get ebay buyer protection and seller refuses to give full refund of 21.95 and i went to paypal asking to open case but lettering says case open at ebay but I go to ebay and ebay will not help it says in red letters an ebay money back gurantee case cannot be open and I cant find the ebay contact phone and sent emails to paypal no reply

IAM DESPERATE SELLER WILL NOT GIVE FULL REFUND AND ITEM WAS RETURNED SELLER HAS BOTH ITEM AND MONEY AND IS A THIEF WAS MEAN AND THREATENING and i cant open a case at ebay or open at paypal because they say go to ebay HOW CAN I DEFEND MYSELF THIS SELLER IS GETTING AWAY WITH THEFT
