Can't use PayPal to pay items on eBay

Hi, I have a problem here.

Last week I couldn't use my Paypal on eBay because my balance was minus (-).

I have trasnferred money and my balance now is 0.

I used to use PayPal on eBay with balance 0 before.

But now, everytime i want to pay, this message appears:

"Unfortunately our automated security system declines a payment via direct debit in this case. We can process this payment immediately and save if you just add your credit card to your PayPal account or pay with giropay instead"

What must I do to solve this so I can use my PayPal easily like before?

Suggest adding a credit card.  This ensures you have a backup funding source and will prevent similar situations as you have experienced.
