In USA,you can tranfer fund to a bank account and in some cases,a debit card.
or ask for a bank check.
before you can transfer to card or bank,you must verify your bank account and confirm your card,this is how Paypal knows they belong to you,else anyone can link anyone ;s bank account to transfer money.
