how do you claim / use reward points? I have logged in, gone to the syncrony site and clicked the offers / rewards button. The only sub heading it gives is offers which leads to a page telling you how many points you get for purchases.

I would als like to know this. For me it also only shows offers aswell. Icnt find anyway to redeem my points anymore.

Synchrony sucks!!!! Paypal wake up and eliminate this fraud. Reward points that you never get to!!! Rewards center always down. Who are they fooling, as soon as I can Im and going to close my cc account.
