i created a paypal without reading the terms and conditions, so i didnt know you had to be 18 to create an account, so when they asked me to prove my identity they found out i was 17 and froze my account which has money in it. My question is, now that im 18 can i call and have them remove the limitation and get access to the money in my account or will i have to wait until the 180 days is up to get the money?
