wanted to make my first on line purchase when got to check out didn't know my pay pal card # have not used it yet to be able to view a statement to get it cant buy anything without it
Although I am fairly new to PayPal, I will say that in order for to make a payment through your PayPal account you first have to register your bank account information via PayPal account. Also, whichever business or company you wish to make the purchase through, it needs to have the words; "PayPal" accepted here, or the PayPal icon needs to be present, sometimes it will appear but not until the actual payment page.
