paypal wrote me that i have to lift my transaction (money receiving) limits.
As the first step to resolve this issue, paypal write me that i should confirm my personal information.
When i fill in my details it only allows me to add a new phone number (it doesnt allow me to write my number directly)
and when i press "next" after i filled my phone number (as a new phone number) and address, instead of getting to the next step paypal write that they have techniical difficulties and that i should try again later, but its been like this for days!
i have to lift my transaction (money recieving) limits asap, what can i do?
