Hello, paypal ... I live in Haiti, I have a master card that was delivered by a bank named "BUH", every time I try to add my card to my paypal account I refuse access, here is the message I get every time I try << This card is not supported. Select another source of supply >> .. please help me
You seem to have opened a French paypal account, in that case you would not be able to add a card that is not French to that paypal account and the account will not work for you.
