business account name change

I have submitted a request to change the user name for my business account on October 17. I included all of the requested documentation (enough to steal my identity quite handily, I might add). The name has not been changed and I received no response or acknowledgement.
I tried contacting PayPal via email from the web site to get a status update twice, and all I get are automated genereric replies.
I tried calling support but am told the wait time is 90 to 135 minutes. I will not wait that long for an answer to a simple question.
How do I get an answer to a simple question from a real person?
