All members of your account need to have the same SS#.  That means you only.

You didn't say what type of account you currently have, do you have a US PayPal Business account ??

If you have a US PayPal Business account, you can add your husband as a user and grant various permissions however, as previously pointed out, only one name can be the account owner - there's no options to support joint ownership regardless if the account is Personal or Business.
