I tryed to add my new credit card, Then this message popped out and i was wondering that why... i readed forums what is that, i was like ok i will fix this i sended paypal all what they asked and they said they will response eith in 2 business days and its now 3days from that what should i do, i live i Finland and i think that i cant call paypal, so reason ehy i asked is that i want to withdraw my money
