I want to cancel a monthly subscription, but every time I click on the button to manage my pre-approved payments, it just re-directs me to the main page where you see all of your transactions and balance.
I've had this issue too and unfortunately I had to wait until my next payment to the company so I could click on the payment info and then I could revoke the reoccuring payments. This is awful and could have been avoided. Why the hell is it bringing me back to the overview when I clearly clicked on "manage payees" not account overview. Jesus!
