Hi! I am new to paypal, and for whatever reason, my account won't let me add anymore funds to my PayPal balance, it gives me an error message similar to "there was a problem adding funds to your balance" and to contact PayPal with the problem. I have sent then an email, but would like to see if I could get a quicker response here, thank you!
I am not a new PayPal user. I've had my account for years and this has never been a problem before. They told me they noticed a risk which is why they put the stop on my adding money but didn't elaborate. I'd hate to have to take my business elsewhere.
I just tried to add money from my bank and got the same message....I guess what I am going to have to do is go to an atm and add the money that way...when I 1st opened the account I requested a debit card along with it...
Same here, been a user for over ten years, with the same linked bank account for over 7 years. A few months ago I could add money from my linked and confirmed account. Now I cannot. Why?
