I have verified my account by completing two of the three steps (linking my bank and providing my social). I get a message that my withdrawal limit has been removed and my account is being updated. The message says this "updating" will take a few minutes, but it has been days and I still can't transfer money. When I attempt to transfer, it says I have reached my limit. I want and need my money, but it is captive in Paypal! Help!
