Just got a call from a debt collector for a paypal bill me later account that i haven't used since i was in college.It's especially weird since i had only ever spent 100 dollars on this account and had paid it off within the month and simply never used it again. I have no idea what my old e-mail and pasword might be... does anyone know of a way to access those records?
