Hi, I tried to edit the expiration date of my expired credit card, held on file with you, from the expired 10/2017 to the new one as advised on the new card with the same number received a few days ago, but after entering the new expiry date and the three digit CSC number required as well I get an error message saying "This card is not accepted. Please use a different card". Tried about three times following your guidelines on the help page but did not succeed in doing so, and on all occasions got the aforementioned message. Kindly advise how I can update my credit card held on file that expired with the new advised expiry date and CSC number in order to regularize my position, and hold a valid credit card with you, as I did in the past, for purchases required. Look forward to hearing from you in the near future, I thank you in anticipation. Regards, Kenneth <removed>
On 171120171840 I again got the message “This card is not accepted, please use another card” whe I tried updating expiry date
Look forward to any help as I badly need to use this Credit Card on Paypal in the immediated future.
Thanks.
Regards,
Kenneth <removed>
