Transferring PayPal funds to debit card instead of checking account??

hello.. a few weeks ago when I signed on to PayPal a window popped up saying if I choose to transfer my PayPal funds to a debit card I would get the money quicker then transferring to my checking account which usually takes 2-5 business days. I've checked all over my settings and I can't find anywhere to change this. Do they mean my bank debit card or would I need a PayPal debit card?? Also from experience how long does it take to receive the money that way?? And lastly you just need to go to a atm to take the money out correct? If anyone has done this please let me know how. It always says by 7pm it should take one business day to go through but my bank always takes at least 3-5 days. If I could receive in one day instead or even two it would be much better.. thanks for the help !!

This is  a new Paypal feature, pay 25 cents and transfer to a debit card, but not all debit card,so fare we dont know which debit cards are accepted?

as for bank transfer,Paypal is not a bank,it keeps your money in its bank account,it tells the bank to tranfer your fund,no different than you doing online banking,so the status of completed is misleading,it just mean it has asked the bank to perform the transaction,

the total time would be 3-5 days.

Thank you! Do you Know how I would set it up to go to debit instead? Would I have to call PayPal?

you wont get anywhere with rep, this feature was supposed to be available late July,so there must be some problem.

We dont know which debit cards will work until PAYPAL GIVES us a list
