Can you please help me. I'm from the Philippines and my 1st debit card that I used to verify my Paypal account has experied last March. When I went to the bank, they sair that they don't issue EON debit card anymore, but has a new one to offer, so I just use and applied the latter one. However, when I tried to link it now on my Paypal account, it says "This card is not accepted. Please use a different card." It has a fund of PHP500 = $5. Please help me.
