So when they are reviewing your transfer do they send something to you? because my transfer is pending, but I have no email from them. i did the 25 cent transfer now. at first when using my phone every time I clicked transfer it wanted to do a quick security thing but wouldnt let me type in my phone number. or ask info about me. switched to desktop view and it worked except it said something about a review but I don't really remeber cuz they didn't send an email to me about it. I'm just wondering what's going on? is it really under review? if so why no email? and how long on a saturday?

I don't have any knowledge on PayPal's Instant Transfer but if you're using the other transfer method, and it's under review, you should've received an email. Of course, I currently only have a business PayPal account, so, I would recommend contacting PayPal by phone at https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/contact/call or by email at https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/contact/email. You should still contact them for technical support because of the fact that you couldn't type in your phone number or other information for security. Let me know if this helps.
