I was asked to confirm my information on the 13th Oct and did so and it said I'd get a reply within 2 - 3 working days, it's now been 10 days, and it says my account will be restricted in 20 days despite providing the requested details.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
