My cell phone number changed and I removed it from PayPal profile and added the new number. My profile appears correctly, but when I login PayPal continues to only show my old, removed number to text the login code. Numerous emails back and forth to TechSupport (?) has not helped and a phone call that suggested I delete the app from my phone and reinstall and that I clear cache and history on my desktop browser, all of which I grudgingly did, did not help. PayPal told me that what was happening couldn't happen but it definitely is happening. I can only login by answering the security questions. If I choose to receive the codes by text, it goes to my employee to whom I gave my old phone. Days into this issue with zero improvement or change. Anyone????
