Receiving payment - Name to whom customers pay

So I am taking payments for club apparel items. These orders are placed via my club's web site, which resides in wordpress.com and I am using a Pay button.

When people place an order, the email message they receive will be

You paid $$.$$ USD to
"My Name"

Since I am the owner of the club , I would like it to say,

You paid $$.$$ USD to
"Club Name"

How do I do that?
