Problem with transferring money from PayPal to Debit card

I tried to transfer money from my PayPal account to my Indus American bank card. So, I haven't received my money. PayPal support said, that my money were accepted by my card. But my Indus American Bank account doesn't have any pending transactions. Bank support said, that I need to transfer money to a account, not directly to a card. But what should I do now? PayPal can't return my money, bank don't have it, so where are they? Help me please!

For US PayPal accounts, you can only transfer money to PayPal products - for example, if you have a PayPal Prepaid MasterCard Debit Card or a PayPal My Cash Card, you can transfer or reload the cards.   In other countries, it is possible to transfer funds to various cards.  Bottom line - if the transaction fails, the funds will be returned to your account balance however, it may take up to 30 days.

you have to ask Paypal,we are not Paypal/

Paypal is country specific,where are you and where is this INDUS bank?

Paypal is not a bank,it is its bank which sent your request out,and it has its limits clearing with some banks,esp overseas banks.
