I have a little problem on reciving payment on my palpay. I had issue in 2002 about a item I send on ebay about paypal freeze my funds for in investigation and tell me if everything check out I should receive refund on item. I get the money maybe 2 year after the fact with out interest or explanation. Right now I will like start a e-commerce. I understand america is a free enterprise and my credit is excellent.
