For at least 6 months, every time I log into Paypal on Chrome, except for maybe once, the website does not display images or even buttons. Just now, it took me 10 minutes to find a log out prompt. I use the Chrome browser because of its security. I'm on a Mac Mini and perform regular system OS updates.
