I received an email from PayPal saying : ''Michel, can we earn back your love? '' ''We miss you'' along with a 10$ credit applicable within the next 30 days. Well, I've been trying to use PayPal for a 100$ purchase and all I get is the following message: ''Your PayPal account is not verified''. I proceed to ''try'' to have by account verified. First the Website URL address responds with an error message ''We're sorry, something went wrong, please try again later''. I tried over and over several times and did manage to get through a few times... I compare this as a Scratch and Win ticket for which 99.99% of the time, you will get a ''Better luck next time''! After finally accessing the page and uploading extremely confidential information, the next day I receive another email saying ''The document provided unfortunately is not considered a proof of address'', ''We accept one of the following: - Utility bills (phone and broadband services, gas, water, electricity, etc.)''. Well, I DID provide by GAS statement so where is the issue??? I again try to upload yet another OFFICIAL document tonight and guess what...: ''We're sorry, something went wrong, please try again later'' !!! As anyone seen the Ground Hog Day movie? Well this is PayPal Day over and over and over.... I would love to know if upper management reads their ''valuable'' customer's feedback. Looking forward to hearing back from you. After all, all I want to do is purchase a 99.99$ item. Would be soooo easy to use any credit car, why should waste valuable time? I don't have an answer to this question...
