There are no paypal transactions on my bank statement. I have sold items on ebay ( first 3 weeks ago, so I don't think it's a timing issue) and I still don't see any transactio on my banking statement.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
