I have uploaded my Photo ID & Marriage certificate to Paypal twice in over a month... they still have not updated my name or issued me a new card. This is horrible. I have my name changed with every company, bill, work etc places except paypal. What is the hold up and why must it take so long? I have called them once i was place on hold and then hung up and the other time I called they transferred me to someone else...after waiting for 20 minutes it hungup. Help me this is a HORRIBLE experience.
