This morning I received a payment of about $38 and I chose to transfer it to my debit card. After I did that I never received an email that my transfer was in progress and the transfer was never noted on the activity page. The balance has disappeared and now I have no idea where the money went because it's been about 2 hours and usually it takes about 30 mins for it to transfer and it's not in my bank account.

Same thing happened to me, i losed 10€ for this, and i don't know where the money are.

I'm seeing a lot of people talking about it - so hopefully it's an issue within Paypal that they can get addressed asap! I would call if I could. If anyone actually calls and find anything out, please post here. I sent a message but that could take till tomorrow for a reply.

Hi eveyone, so I emailed PayPal about this issue and they have transferred the money that was lost to my bank account. I would advise emailing them on your issue. They replied in a little over an hour. Thanks and good luck to everyone!

I had the same problem today transferring 500 to my debit card. I get some ridiculous response about escalating the call and no way to expedite getting my money . I do this transfer all the time and now I am stuck with no place to live for whatever time it takes to correct this problem. Customer service robots don't care if your homeless. I can not believe they can't resolve this matter with on minutes - its simple pay pal is sitting on your money because its their error and dont care about the consumers emergencies. Bad business model
