Money request screen changed

Yesterday I tried to request money from a customer. Instead of the usual list of email addresses a big button shows up and I have to type in an email address. Why did this happen? I see no way to get to the screen with the list. This is ridiculous, it worked perfectly (well at least it showed the majority of customers) and now it's an extra step rooting around my email (even worse finding remembering and typing in an address on my phone) for customer emails to send a request.

No idea, why not ask customer services?

Surely I'm not the only person this has ever happened to? Customer support as basically everyone knows is useless in this kind of situation.
