Missing money

Help! i put 80$ on my temporary card, before i recieved my new one, i now have my new card but there is NO money showing on my cards at all. and i cant figure out how to add my new card Number to my paypal account??

What type of card and who is the card issuer ??  (If you have the physcial card, there should be a number there for help.)
