Meaning/definition of terms

I was unsuccessful  in confirming my account using keyboard "confirm instantly"

The form asked for "Access ID"   What is that?  I tried using the Bank routing number.

Then the form asked for "Pass code"  What is that?? I tried using the account number.

This didn't work. So I waited till there was a phone service and confirmed over the phone.  They didn't ask for either of the numbers that the  keyboard form in "Wallet" asked for.     Does anyone know?

Wouldn't be nice if Pay Pasl provided a glossary?

are you using your phone?

if PC,to access your Paypal account,your email address which you use to open the account is your PAYPAL ID,and there is a password which you create when you open the account.

Thanks for the reply.  If they had asked for "password" instead of "pass code" I might have caught on.  Password is used everywhere else on the site.  I have spent about 15 minutes doodling around to find a glossary.  It is hidden pretty well for a neophyte.    Thanks but I think I've wasted enough time on this.
