I have a secondary account. I’ve forgotten the password. When I try to reset it, it wants to confirm by text or call, but my phone number has changed. So I cant reset the password. What should I do? If anyone can help I’d appreciate it.

You may want to phone customer service for assistance, if you have setup your security questions and answers, that may be helpful with resolving your issue.
