So i had some personal things going on with my family, and one thing led to another that led my phone bill not being paid, and i wound up getting a new phone. I used my old phone number for the longest with 2 step verification, so i am completely locked out of my account because i can't get the code from 2SV. I called paypal 4 times already, and from what i can gather, they can't really make sure that i am the owner of my account. They tried generating security questions, and nothing worked. I never linked my social to the account, no bank account, or credit card. I took all that off right before things got bad for me. Now i can't do anything, and i have some money in the account that i would like to get access to. If anyone can please help me with what to do i would greatly appreciate it. I will keep trying to call them and maybe get lucky some way, but please don't put that here because it's a waste of time. Thanks and have a blessed afternoon.
