Can someone from PayPal please call me and let me know why my account is set at limited access? I have provided all of the information requested. I am about ready to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Better Business Bureau. You do not answer my messages and there is no way to contact anyone by phone to get this resolved.
