It all started because paypal supposedly detected a login with a foreign IP address (false) and I have been around for 3 weeks with this problem, and paypal has limited itself to request document after document, and the account is still limited. Is there any way to solve this faster, opening tickets, online support ?, because I am Venezuelan and my livelihood is from the sale of dollars, and these dollars stalled here I just want to transfer them to receive my payment.
